Fortune Real Properties grabs three Real Estate Asia Awards for sustainable developments
Its Amari Residences Vie and Chateau de Paz Subdivision developments have transformed the modern living standards of Filipino families.
Philippine-based Fortune Real Properties (FRP), the collective unofficial real estate calling of all real estate brands under the Fortune Group, emerged triumphant at the esteemed Real Estate Asia Awards 2024 for its two developments that redefine and elevate the modern living standards of Filipino families.
One of these developments is Amari Residences Vie, a pioneering venture on Panglao Island in Bohol under Fortune Amari Land Development Corporation (FALDC), a developer company under FRP. This represents the province’s first modernised eco-friendly community, achieving several milestones.
These include introducing the first smart homes community in the province, implementing solar panel technology in each house, integrating hydroponics, developing a comprehensive solid and liquid waste management segregation system, and implementing automated processes through its Odoo system, enhancing efficiency in sales, customer relations management, project management, inventory management, and accounting.
To maintain project pricing whilst incorporating advanced features, FALDC implemented a strategic five-year pricing and construction development plan, ensuring market competitiveness without compromising project value.
The project has met its objectives and targets, with tangible measures employed to assess its success. Significant positive impacts include elevating FALDC's reputation, inspiring positive change within the industry, and driving greater awareness and adoption of sustainable practices.
Amari Residences Vie demonstrates exceptional flexibility to change and progressive opportunities. It also symbolises FALDC's commitment to environmental sustainability, technological advancement, and holistic community living.
“From launching to ongoing development, we have remained agile in responding to market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements. This highlights our resilience and adaptability, ensuring sustained success and growth in the real estate industry,” the company said.
For the success of Amari Residences Vie, FALDC received the Energy Technology Initiative of the Year - Philippines and the Sustainable Development of the Year - Philippines category wins.
Meanwhile, another project highlighted in the awards programme is Chateau de Paz Subdivision, part of Fortune Real Properties' trailblazing brand, Fortune Real Property Improvements Corporation (FRPIC).
The subdivision offers private residences amidst a serene and green environment, integrating world-class amenities with sustainability. It takes pride in its wider roads and over 30% open space, fostering a spacious and green living environment unmatched in the region.
It also features a reliable, potable water system prioritising the health and well-being of its residents, as well as a dedicated property management department ensuring safety, aesthetics, conformity, and adherence to HOA management rules.
During the pandemic, FRPIC encountered challenges, including disruptions in operations and increased construction costs. These were addressed with the transition to online platforms for client engagement, adapting construction operations, strategically managing loan collections to offset revenue impacts, leveraging online activity to expand reach and kick off project extension, and strengthening backend support.
Furthermore, Chateau de Paz Subdivision’s integration of hydroponics and separation chambers into its waste management system represents significant innovation, offering scalability, adaptability, and environmental benefits. This premier initiative showcases the company’s commitment to flexibility and adaptability in addressing evolving environmental challenges whilst embracing progressive opportunities.
“[It] is more than just a housing project; it is a vision brought to life, embodying luxury, sustainability, and innovation in one community, setting a new benchmark for real estate in Asia,” the company said.
Through Chateau de Paz Subdivision, FRPIC received the win in the Green Technology Initiative of the Year - Philippines category.
